- The video clearly shows the problem on the product.
Return Policy
You can return a product only if it was not used, and you have a video from when you opened it that clearly shows the problem.
How to request a return
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Send the unboxing video that shows the problem.
- Keep the product unused until we confirm the return.
We cannot accept a return if
- The product was used.
- There is no video of you opening the product.
- The problem is not visible in the video.
